CONCRETE POLISHING FOR FLOORS
A polished concrete floor will use a similar sand and seal technique as epoxy floors. Concrete floors that are polished use a similar grind and seal process as epoxy floors – except that buffing concrete with progressively finer grit, refines the cement into a shiny, semi shine or matte finish. The same look as polished concrete is accomplished by the use of a decorative concrete overlay, where the finish is more easily controlled and may better suit your timing. Pigments can be applied to polished concrete floors, and are available in a variety of green and brown earthy shades and also in a variety of shades of red, blue and yellow. There are a vast number of color options.

STAINED CONCRETE FLOORS
Stained concrete flooring is an attractive, one of a kind flooring surface which is ideal for residential use. Decision makers can choose from two colorization methods. Each result in a low maintenance, yet attractive look depending on what you want to achieve. Many property owners gravitate to the leather look found in some restaurants for a rich, earthy look. Colorization with stains and dyes enhance any concrete work – decorative overlays, polished concrete or even grind and seal projects. Experts then apply epoxy sealers or urethane coatings for greater protection.
