Unusual Factors: Strip mall that was 4 separate retail shops with 4 different floor types that needed grinding. Glue, paint, tile mastic and stained all needed removal. Large cracks and divots filled.

Concrete Polishing Fulton County Georgia Process: Honed Concrete

1. AAA Southern States Refinishing used 16 grit and polishing diamonds to remove all old flooring and level the concrete.

2.  Next, the team ground the floor with 20 grit, 40 grit and 70 grit diamonds to smooth the surface. Then, they applied PROSOCO lithium densifier.

3. Finally, AAA honed the cement with 120 grit and 200 grit diamonds and applied two coats of PROSOCO LS Polish Guard. This polish guard adds lithium silicate to the floor, which aids in hardening the surface. They burnished each coat during application.

Final Results: An economical smooth and dense matte finish that will not dust and is easy to clean.
