POLISHED CONCRETE FLOORING
A polished concrete floor will use a similar sand and seal technique as epoxy floors. Concrete floors that are polished use a similar grind and seal process as epoxy floors – except that buffing concrete with progressively finer grit, refines the cement into a shiny, semi shine or matte finish. The same look as polished concrete flooring can be achieved with decorative concrete overlays, where the finish is more easily controllable in application and result. Pigments can be applied to polished concrete floors, and are available in a variety of green and brown earthy shades and also in a variety of shades of red, blue and yellow. Concrete overlays are being used extensively, and you’ll also see them in shopping malls.

STAINED CONCRETE FLOORS
Stained concrete floors are one of a kind, elegant flooring surfaces which are ideal for restaurants, retail, corporate offices or even in residential houses. Decision makers can choose from two colorization methods. Both produces distinctly different outcomes depending on what you want to achieve. Property owners sometimes request a leather look for their flooring surface with acid staining then dyes in varying shades can be applied offering further enhancement of the surface. Colorization with stains and dyes enhance any concrete work – decorative overlays, polished concrete or even grind and seal projects. Experts then apply epoxy or urethane sealers for additional protection.

STAMPED CONCRETE FLOORS
Stamped Concrete enhances flooring both interior and exterior. Frequently, it’s utilized as an “overlay”, over newly set concrete, mainly on exterior concrete expanses like front walkways and driveways. Outside, patios, driveways, walkways and decks are the most common. Stamped concrete suggests a limitless array of colors to combine with textures. Choose from a broad array of patterns offered, of for example, slate, stone, brick, wood and even seamless granite. When including stamped concrete, it transforms your living space into a more luxurious environment. Choices of patterns and textures are almost unlimited. The creative expert adds an accent pigment for color which also displays a superb visual elegance.
