Once owned by Lehman Brothers, Cornerstone Real Estate Advisors bought the 1969 glass tower building in 2011 for a record $275 million, the highest price-per-square-foot for any downtown building in the city east of Broadway.

GANT hired Hudson Concrete to transform 5,400 square feet of flooring space into an industrial looking, seamless floor to complement the various painted and exposed brick walls in their corporate offices.
Huneck and his team used a unique blend of self-leveling concrete in a rich chocolate brown for the flooring material. Self-leveling cementitious overlays provide an ideal solution for leveling uneven floors and allows for height adjustments to the floor so that it blends with doorways or other adjacent flooring when needed.
Afterward, the Hudson team sealed the floor with a matte urethane sealer, a closely-guarded technique that’s a Hudson Concrete specialty for polished concrete floors.
